At Sefam Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice included.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the parcel or you can drop it at our nearest retail outlet.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
