For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. International shipping times vary by destination, usually ranging from 7 to 10 working days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for unused items with original tags intact. Please note that sale items and customized outfits are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders, as well as all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers through our secure payment gateway.

Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor displays and photographic lighting, slight variations in color and texture may occur.

Do you offer alterations for your unstitched collections?

Currently, we do not provide in-house alteration services for unstitched fabrics. We recommend consulting a professional tailor to achieve your desired fit based on the provided size guides.
